FWCC Section of the Americas has been working with QuakerSpeak and the Quaker Religious Education Collaborative to produce a series of videos and religious education materials. The materials guide viewers who are interested in using the videos in their meeting or church religious education classes.
There’s an overall “Community Resources Guide” that is a general introduction to using any of these videos, and more specific materials listed with each video.
1. Listening in Tongues – Being Bilingual as a Quaker Value
Robin Mohr, Executive Secretary of FWCC Section of the Americas, explores ways that Quakers will best serve their faith when they listen to the message beyond the words or in the silence.
2. How Many Quakers Are There in the World? (And where are they?)
Gretchen Castle, General Secretary of the FWCC World Office, explores the surprising places that you might find Friends!
3. Top Ten Reasons I’m a Quaker
Gregg Koskela, pastor of Newberg Friends Church, shares the reasons that he is a convinced Quaker.
