Join Friends In Mexico!

For the first time since 2006, the Friends World Committee will hold its Americas Section Meeting in Latin America. The Section Meeting brings together representatives from yearly meetings across the Western Hemisphere to do the business of FWCC, but it's also an incubator for connections between the different families of Friends.

Quaker Youth Pilgrims in the Andes

In a historic first, the Quaker Youth Pilgrimage traveled through Peru and Bolivia, the centers of South American Quakerism. Twenty-six 16-19 year-olds from seven countries traveled together this July and explore their faith as Friends.

2012 Map Finding Quakers Around the World now available online

2012_mapMembership statistics are ever-changing and each yearly meeting counts their numbers by a different formula, but by our best estimates, the number of Quakers in the world has grown by almost 40,000 members, or about 12% since the last published map in 2007.
